Website use and B2B ordering terms for EUROSIGURANTA SERV SRL.

Scope

The Eurosiguranta website presents workwear and work equipment for companies. Sales are exclusively B2B. These terms supplement the quotation and contract agreed for each order; specific terms accepted by the parties prevail in the event of differences, to the extent permitted by law.

Products and documentation

Descriptions and images present the products. Models, sizes, colours, quantities, specifications and availability must be checked against the confirmed quotation. When selecting protective equipment, consult the technical documentation and workplace protection requirements.

Quotations and order confirmation

Requesting a quotation through the website, email or telephone does not itself constitute an accepted order. The quotation specifies products, prices, VAT treatment, shipping, payment and delivery terms. An order becomes binding when the parties confirm its terms in writing.

Prices and payment

Prices are provided on request and are those in the accepted quotation. Currency, VAT and any additional costs are specified before order confirmation.

Accepted payment methods are card and bank transfer. Instructions, payment deadlines and any deposit are agreed for each order. Listing these methods does not mean that the website processes payments directly.

Delivery, returns and non-conformity

We deliver across Eastern Europe under the conditions confirmed for the requested destination and order. See Shipping & returns for the contact procedure and return address.

B2B purchases do not automatically benefit from the 14-day withdrawal right reserved for consumers. Warranties, remedies for non-conformity and commercial returns are handled under the contract and applicable law.

Website use and personal data

Do not use the website for fraudulent requests or activities that impair its operation. Provide accurate information and only the data necessary for your request.

Data submitted for quotations and orders is used to communicate about and manage requests in accordance with applicable data protection law. For questions or to exercise your rights, contact contact@eurosiguranta.ro.

Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to contact@eurosiguranta.ro with the relevant documents. We seek an amicable resolution; failing agreement, legal rules on applicable law and jurisdiction and the provisions of the contract apply.

Changes to these terms

Terms may be updated for future requests. Website updates do not retrospectively change an already accepted order's terms.
